Welcome to The Apparel Magician! By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided by The Apparel Magician (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

• We specialize in custom embroidery and printed apparel for individuals and businesses.
   
• Because many of our products are custom-made, variations in colors, sizing, and placement may occur.
   
• Mockups may not be exact replicas of the final product but will serve as a close representation.
   

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.
   
• For custom orders, approval of design proofs is required before production begins.
   
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain items (e.g., embroidered hats).
   

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (we do not store card details).
   
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
   

• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
   
• Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
   
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
   

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
   
• Standard (non-custom) products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
   
• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
   

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has already begun.
   
• After production starts, cancellations are not possible for custom orders.
   

• All original designs, logos, and content from The Apparel Magician are protected intellectual property.
   
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our designs without written permission.
   

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s).
   

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
